Seriously, the ASX is almost sickening. There was nothing in that report that wasn't expected. Income remains strong. WALE is massively long, dividends continue at .26c as we go forward. Debt is hedged. 51% of rents linked to CPI.
Yes, asset prices down graded, but this is natural in rising interest rates.
I am going to sit here long term, take my 7% yield and stick my finger up at everyone else as my income rolls in.
