Mdny of CLW's assets are large assets which will require larger discounts to sell. The danger with high LVR t is the trust msy be forced to do a dilutive capital raise,!! For n example of a similar scenario to CLW - Cromwell has high LVR and been under pressure for a long time .
.DXC have been pro actively selling petrol stations in FY23. They recently reported a reduced LVR of 31 per cent and their forecast FY24 yield is close to 8 per cent at current prices.
I am not a buyer if CLW..
