DXI did a good job, and did not reduced the dividend. HDN only research but appears to have a smart management. I am impressed by ECf, 9 buildings or sites reduced to 7 and appears to have adapted well to the impact of interest rates and revaluations on the office market.
1.I believe we still are not at the bottom the cycle, could be another down leg in property.
2. My point of reference is CLW which in my opinion did a lousy job in foreseeing the headwinds in the property market. They increased revenue and reduced the dividend poor management!!
