Sold off CLW at 3.75 today. +25% in less than 2 month without any operational news - just market sentiment reversing.
Current yield < 7% - premium to risk free asset not enough for me and keeping my REIT exposure in check.
Rate cuts priced in as a certainty but as we've seen before there could always be more surprises.
Back on the watchlist.
