l have been looking at this REIT in the last 2 days.
it's really been smashed... no doubt due to interest rate rises and its exposure to offices (~25%??).
looks ok l would have thought for stable income??
of course like all REIT's if interest rates actually rise the capital value will sink
still looks ok?
