These results were known a few weeks ago.
Nothing surprising.
Management good, with leases well structured for CPI increases and quality & diversification of properties all positive.
So at $3.85 with a 7.2% yield and a NTA above $5, this stock should be core part of every diversified portfolio.
Buy up to $4 in the short-term.
