for a list of tenants try google factsheet HDN - a company factsheet is how l got the tenants.
about ~26% is Coles Woolworths... then it goes down the list Chemist Warehouse, Wesfarmers, IGA, Super Retail etc.. the standard of tenants looks ok.
Petrol (WPR) Food, Medical etc are all essential services the biggest threat must be interest rate rises. it could be that the yield is lower to account for quality?
today l added opening positions (very small) in CLW & CQR. the total REITs holdings would be lucky to be index weight.
(as soon as l start liking a sector lately it seems then to sink to oblivion so this sure isn't any type of recommendation!)
