The market should be keen on this development. CHC's purchase is an intelligent long-hold investment, considering they've also bought the site in Alexandria, and are preparing for an early exit with Bunnings to convert the site. Their NLA for their portfolio is something around 100,000+m2 of NLA.
It's the land holding that's valuable there, with long term leases.
I'm no expert, but I do work in real estate, and I'm holding long term for their CHC fund. Their other fund, not so much...
