Im not sure of the businesses merits, the customer list seems good, not making any comment about the valuation and if it will be justified as ive seen how absurdly high things can run to but if this is how they will structure this deal then they are going to try get this over 10c initially and even higher 20c 40c 60c if they want those performance shares
Please dont flame me because Im a heart like some of you usually do with hearts ive taken a punt at 6c for my reasons above and hope to make money on my punt but Im not trying to ramp this just state my interpretation of whats been stated in todays announcement
@pisces is this what you would call a stock to follow based on those sitting in the deck chairs?
Can see alot of risk with this punt given the history of management and biggest risk would be deal falling over so can only treat it like a punt because of the risks involved
