prime example is the last capital raising doomed to fail before it started, how do you have a renounceable rights issue and dont tell anyone the code to sell their rights and don't advertise/ market the stock and projects to have potential buyers for the rights. very unprofessional and embarrassing!

need to get serious get proper appointments . dart has enough shares let someone else run the company so his and our shares show some value. some that has had past iron ore and asx success and can broker a good joint venture. and control dilution
entertain the asx audience go to africa downunder as a participant and present. all the other conferences they have been to was wasted time and money , go nothing out of them no new shareholders and no interest in the company , because they did not to a proper presentation at them,
they will not get far if they can not get shares to move . not enough free float stock in the market . does not even trade a million shares a week.
do a placement with a proper broker/s with iron ore experiance
at some stage get the head office out of a tourist destination into the appropriate spot.

at least there latest presentation is the best looking one yet.
when they do the right things ill say they did a good job and commend them on it but thats few and far between. some much time wasted talking to them on the phone. and email.
