Convertible note is not going to help any one or make the stock trade I'll vote against it. Can't afford to make the same mistakes as in the past and waste time. And money not doing it properly. Will they listen if I ask them to talk to my broker? Probably not but they should. Daily volume movement in the stock is critical. It can't afford to be illiquid!
