Those that would have been interested in the spp would have already bought on market or are buying on market at the moment, stupid not to. IMHO I do not think they will have much trouble raising the funds they are seeking even from the Top20 through a placement at a price lower than the 12c offered. Yes buying shares in this company is a punt as are many companies and the Financial Review etc are the form guides, for what they are worth.
There are those that have made money trading this share over the past 10 years and those that have not, we are all adults and hopefully only putting in what we can afford / willing to lose. Risk / Reward
