    well, lets say its a 50 50 jv, and you add a high credential jv partner, and then we cto get 100/200 koz pa from citi reefs.

    now all the shareholders of the higher capped partner start to look at the mc of cto, and production upgrade, and they wont care what past issues haved delayed cto, they will firm on their company the jv, bringing forward, and more upside holding the lower capped cto.
