It is quite possible someone on the ground knows something, but I cannot think what. The biggest issue shareholders have right now is that any minor 'bad news' will set back the price back even further (eg gold down to <$1900, plant repairs....anything), and then panic sets in
Is it a buying opportunity? Maybe, but be careful. Nothing is guaranteed in mining, especially in Thailand
