This is a VERY stupid statement, (for lack of a better word)
If anything goes wrong, we do a capital raise at a discount. At $0.80 it is even worse. Perhaps a raise at $0.50
But, I guess I am writing to the type of idiot that will say, "just participate in the $0.50 raise" and "reap the dividends"
As if the SP of a company does not matter.
