Yes, participate.
If you buy into a company which cannot afford to sustain itself without a raising, the smart way would be to keep enough cash on hand to participate in any raisings.
But in the past 2 months, cash seems to be flat or up (from only processing low grade stockpiles, while spending money on refurbishment). Suggesting a raising is unlikely.
