No definitely not insolvent and we haven't come this far to now have a CR - just not happening. We'll still have the auditor's 'matter of concern' statement as operating profit for FY24 will be negligible and we don't have funds at 30Jun to payoff Nebari, Nucharee and AngloAm- even though the Auditors are not going to be asked to sign the FY24 Financial Statements until 30Sep.
