I think you should lower your expectations here as it not in kcn’s hands however you can imagine it will get approved by 15th July 2024 (maybe). Cash is coming in via revenue and it is coming every week now, soon additional cash (plant 1 production) will come in and everything will be normal.
Management will try not to give away options, royalties or higher interest and you will find less financial institutions are willing to give away money without those.
