Wasn't this expected? .. going cost money and going to take 3-6 mths to fix the mine plan.... KCN harvested $70m ebit in 6 mths(At a much lower POG compared to now) before the mine closure and wrecked the mine plan. Removing the burden was always part of fixing the mine plan..question would be how much longer will it take.. before KCN can blend low grade ore with the higher grade..
