Yes I'd be inclined to think that unless we get taken over we could tell them to stick it indefinitely. They were an unethical disgrace in declining the claim and fighting it all the ways to the steps of NSW Supreme Court. They only paid this record PRI amount because they absolutely knew they would lose. If we hadn't be so financially strapped at the time it would have gone all the way.
