The insurance company served its purpose… seven years closed… redundancy payouts, admin costs, care and maintenance, debt repayments… extra. I really doubt they could get a cent back… the amount they paid out was just a drop in the bucket against lost revenue and loss… hopefully a Thailand settlement will compensate the rest of the loss…
