    Does it sound like they will commit the effort and funds on restarting the mine if there is no agreement in place?

    I cant imaging they would do so.

    So it seems to me they are moving forward on the mine and foregoing the royalties and only holding the later date as being utterly transparent but the mine is the way fwd
