You're correct in saying Thailand isn't paying cash compensation for closing us down. They are giving us back what was taken unlawfully in a higher gold price environment and more in terms of access to exploration licences, some of which were ~15 years pending, as well as access to mining leases that prevented us from mining Chatree efficiently. The BOI incentives may form part of what people consider to be a more 'tangible' form of compensation.
