I'm sure once DHIM deliver the permit to operate Plant#1 that a high grade lender such as Bank of Bangkok will be comfortable in lending a decent working capital loan that will initially replace Nebari and positive cashflow in the ensuing months will repay the Director loans in November as scheduled.
Shouldn't be long to wait now - hopefully this week.
I see my order has just been filled.
