You have no facts on your side. Do you really say that those trades did not depress the price? Because it did, look at the chart, it broke a trendline."
That is part of my spreadsheet that I did from the transactions from the BOA/ML form 605/603s as filed here on hotcopper on those dates. The 9,631,400 is the running total of share purchases and sales from those forms. The 43% is the percentage of sales and purchases that BOA/ML was involved in that day compared with the volume that day. and the column on the right the prices that were calculated by me for those sales for the sums of money in the third column.
Look at the forms and the chart and see the significance of this date.
