-A pump and dump is buying low/selling high, they are buying high/selling low.
-The run-up was due to hopes of a TAFTA settlement/quick reopening, which didn't materialize, you're willfully ignoring all the newsflow
-You would need trade data at the client level to interpret the forms
-You never define algorithmic trading and what exactly you claim is illegal
