27th January 2022 O 1.955 H 1.975 L 1.765 C 1.815 Buy orders at 1.95 draw the top of a big red candle. The sell order at $1.81 was the bottom
Main rising trend line broken. BOA/ML had 10,300,578 shares at the time.
11th February 2022 O 1.645 H 1.645 L 1.41 C 1.485 Missed the open by 4.5 cents but got close. I think if you sell 900,000 shares at once it will be enough to break the short term trend.

They were trying to do this for weeks beforehand.
First the exhausted the market (controlling 70% of the trades) and then dumped 428,604 shares the next day....It didn't work. The share price went up 12 cents. They had to take the price higher so they did.

THAILAND
Kingsgate has received the Metallurgical Processing Licence (“MPL”) 1/2551 commencing 19 January 2022,
in force for 5 years until 18 January 2027 (the maximum period permitted under Thai law).
In addition, 4 remaining mining leases (“MLs”), 26910/15365, 26911/15366, 26912/15367 and
25528/14714, required to operate the Chatree Gold Mine were approved in January 2022. These leases
comprise 3 Chatree South leases and the Quartz Lease which has been pending approval since 2011 and is
needed to fully optimise the A Pit.
Each ML is in force for a period of 10 years commencing 30 December 2021. The receipt of the MPL and
these 4 MLs means that it is now possible for the Chatree Gold Mine to restart.
Kingsgate is pleased to confirm that, following the approval of the MPL and the 4 MLs, the Thai Government
has welcomed the Company back to Thailand, and agreed that the Chatree Gold Mine will reopen.
I agree you would need trade data to get the individuals, but not the company IMHO. The forms and the charts speak for themselves.
