Sep qtr likely to be our first positive operating cashflow quarter so I'm speculating that the agreement with them calls for a sharing of that cashflow payable within 30days from end of quarter.
Unfortunately we don't know the full terms of the agreement with Zurich so we are forced to speculate so as not to be shocked when all is revealed.
