am just playing this over in my head, as regards there is any way a native english speaker would say what he said but imply the 1st option as to its meaning.
- i.e. he is claiming it to be transformational if on a pro rata basis he is saying production is only higher than the comparable 2 months in the previous quarter
no way he would claim it as transformational in that case and I am calling $1.25 as the swing low and it now being a buy
