Why would I give him a job if he's failed in the one he had?
You would have to deduce that he has been unable to get the recoveries expected from the CIL tanks in plant#1 - a poster here on HC had stated that they had changed-out the impellers in the CIL tanks last month in order to increase recoveries but it seems that hasn't worked, so they're still looking for a solution by the sounds of it - there must be a specialist they can contract to the site and report to Management what is required rather than relying on on-site personnel.
