Rob Kinnaird did not fail!
He is a decent and smart operator.
Rob was the mining manager when Wayne was the mines General Manager and Lee was the plant manager - great team that got plant 2 up and running beautifully, on time and under budget. (remember there was not much of it left after "care and maintenance?" overseen by our current leaders.
Rob got the General Manager job when Wayne was removed - Why was Wayne removed!
We are losing valuable experienced employees because our junior and inexperienced CEO has no idea on mining or operating a mine so don't blame Rob.
Remember it was our self professed amazing CEO that decided he could replicate the refurbishment of plant 1 at a cheaper cost by using locals - well that worked really well!
You and I would probably leave also if we had to work under the conditions Rob endured.
Can we get Wayne and Rob back?
Can we get rid of the arrogant, junior and inexperienced CEO?
Can we get back on track?
