Another one of those stories that we'll never know what actually caused Rob's departure.
It would be strange timing for Rob to throw in the towel just as plant#1's commissioning and ramp-up were due to be completed this month as HO Management have recently promised shareholders an announcement to that effect. You would think Rob's job would become less stressful after that.
On the surface it would seem that the decision came from HO Management for whatever reason which will probably remain unknown.
If there's still a problem with the plant then you would think HO Management would have got a third party specialist to look into the matter and report to them before terminating an experienced person such as Rob as getting a suitable replacement to work in Thailand will not be an easy task.
