The company has said this to shareholders. For some reason you are choosing to ignore these statements. These are not guesses or hopes and dreams. They are realistic numbers that reflect reality.
Further, the company implied that they are at previous quarter production. So thats 10,000 or slightly abouts after 2/3 further solidifying the 15k number.
We want them to be better. They just are not.
