but since SP first reached $10 a lot has happened - most notable the expansion is approved the tax benefits are provided and the resource has grown with more goods new nearly inevitable

Yet the SP has sat around this price since Nov 09 (with the usual up & downs) as if nothing has changed since then!

now who says the market is always right ??...........
