And if this facility has no strings attached then it would also be used to pay down some of the A$10mil currently owing to Anglo for NE advanced royalties and water rights as no payments have yet to be made to Anglo in the current financial year and the amount due in one year is US$2.78mil(A$4.2mil) together with previously deferred amounts of US$850k(A$1.3mil)each year from FY24 to FY27.
