They've obviously got the Nebari situation covered in so far as the amount due today will be settled or rolled-over - we have to wait to see what their solution is before passing judgement - if they're staying with Nebari then we need to know what is the effective interest rate - Nebari currently hold all the security so staying with them saves some dollars there. Maybe they think Bangkok Bank is too close to the Thai Govt and that might create a problem down the track.
The other consideration is that we don't need long term financing - maybe 9 to 12 months at most - so the cost of staying with Nebari might be negligible compared with creating a facility with a new financier.
We await answers.
