when you are building a processing plant, being close to being finished is essentially useless, if you are missing a vital piece of equipment, and you cannot easily get it.

what I am saying is that in one year’s time, KCN could be still saying “we are soooo close to finishing plant 1… we just need to source this one weird widget that nobody makes anymore. Until we get it, our plant won’t work”

I have moved into paranoid mode regarding KCN … KCN has to get just something, just one thing, over the line before I can feel optimistic again.
