I am certain that you are right. But neither of us are trolling. And a lot of very real damage is done to many people as a result of this behaviour which is formulaic, widespread, breathtaking and not policed. People are more aware of it now and unfortunately the reaction of many people in the market it to regret the scamming and the losses and quietly depart. The losses to the community, not just investors, and not just Australians, is massive. Others complain to one regulator who is wholly incompetent (either because of finance or personnel) to the extent that there are two concurrent inquiries into it and James Strong, a former head, has submitted that it needs to be broken up, and this is supported by other submissions, including mine. This is something that was anticipated by Ken Hayne in his report. The suggestions of SluiceBox in his last post were very valuable and those possibilities have been explored and are being explored. They are by no means exclusive to this stock.
