This is obviously going down to the line to get the requisite number (percentage) of votes. The selling of this parcel to (no doubt) sympathetic hands will result in them coming into play for voting purposes. My whine is that, for the same amount of money, they could have offered another 2 cents to remaining unit holders. I expect their 'final offer' statement precluded that, hence this game. Grrrr
