From their own investor presentation, ordinary shares on issue 90.7m, you should not be just including the shares issued in the capital raise in the listing. Is an interesting company though, but if you are making a decision to invest in CMX it should be on the basis of approx $20m market cap as it currently stands not $10m, that's a big difference.
