if i was running the Co. i would do one now.
they messed up last time, waiting too long and had to raise at 4c and it only got to 4c because the market got spooked that they had not enough cash for more drilling.
Greenslade was brought in to run this, so they recognised they needed help , so my guess is we get a CR here
