    re: Ann: Chevron Gorgon EPCM Contract Awarded... YEs...I read that article as well. I'm thinking of picking up a parcel, setting a stop loss and punting of them getting 1,2 or 3 of the contracts. Presumably the success of securing the contracts are not fully built into the SP as they have not got them yet. Maybe some speculation of getting them is in the SP but I think it's worth a roll of the dice.
