Thanks for the info about Encounter. I had a quick look at their last quarterly report. IMO the Paterson-gold exploration looks prospective but it looks very early days. Even if successful, it will take 6-9 months to get to a meaningful resource and 3-6 months to get to mineable reserves. The big question is, if successful! However, Antipa has a resource now, albeit not large, but could be used to blend with Telfer ore to improve plant feed grade and lower cash costs for a couple of years. This approach doesn't rule out their JV with Encounter.
