He absolutely pillaged this company as much as he could.
Could never give a straight answer.
Poor communicator. At times simply providing incorrect information to shareholders.
Treated retail shareholders poorly and the attitude he showed towards them was inexcusable.
Definitely pushed. He has been found to be completely lacking. New mate has definitely made him look incapable whilst he has been consulting.
Big big positive for PEN, although I don't even want to think about what his severance package totals...
