I would say it's increasingly likely now that PEN will be acquired for a "take it or leave it" offer which won't find any joy for ASX investors.
I can't see any rationale for retaining a Perth lifestyle office any longer either.
This is both good and bad news IMO. I took my medicine some time back, and it's getting more bitter as time goes by it would appear.
