Personally I see the change in CEO as very bullish. The American URA ETF has recently taken a massive stake in PEN because they see its enormous potential. Should we really be surprised that they have pushed for an American CEO with serious experience in the U industry to take the company to the next level to safeguard their investment. Sometimes people can't see the obvious.
