I've just read the announcement and although I personally do understand your frustration I also think that you have over reacted.

Yes it is obvious that the company hasn't reached nameplate production yet however at some stage they will.

They are looking at options to improve their capital. This might mean a cap raising or debt facility?

A debt facility would be accepted under the current rising price of silver IMO which would be far superior to a cap raising.

Sell if you wish however if the price of silver keeps on rising then full production or not this share price is going to rise.
