I notice he has been appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer with a pretty short termination notice period. This has a much lesser air of permanence about it than if he were appointed to a full CEO role, or had the Board today signalled an executive recruitment process underway to find a permanent CEO. So I think this suggests the windup/sale strategy is still in play.

That they are still in limbo on the capital return - announced in October! - is absurd and suggests both the outgoing CEO and Jetter had been twiddling their thumbs or off on some other frolic.
