Section 2.1Issue of shares and options."
" grant options over shares on any terms and conditions, at any time and for any consideration the Directors resolve".
So we either wait for their generosity if the loyalty options aren't struck.
Two , someone approaches the BOD to have this item placed in the AGM for a vote.
Three we all sit like lap dogs similar to the happy clappers and feed of any crumbs. That's pretty similar to number 1.
Your call people. If you don't like money and don't want to waste the BOD time, let's all sit on our fours.
