Good to see the options excercisable at twice the current price. I assume that means for the director he can buy 10 million shares by paying around 5c. Would assume it would need to be well above that level to be worth his while. This looks more like a deal shareholders would suggest rather than the normal massive pay packet and as load of free shares just for doing your job. I sstill have a bad taste from the deal years ago where directors were given a free loan of some description to buy a raft of shares at what seemed cheaap price, all arranged so they just pay the loan if they go up or walk away if they dont. Funny cos at the time i think they were at 4 or 5c and the sp plummeted after that. I like the fact recent cr's havent been at huge discounts and directors are not filling their pockets with free shares. They are currently more aligned with shareholders than any other time i think. My only concern is if mr Hockings does a similar deal on next cr to get his holding up past 20% again. Feels like an indirect attempt to privatise by the two directors getting over 50% of shares? Could be interesting.
